Henry Masterson is an ex-employee of Sundac with a fanboy mentallity who got fired for his Headmaster unit being a potential war machine. Using Bulkhead's body, Headmaster held the city hostage to promote his invention by taking over the power plant. Though the day was saved, the Headmaster escaped.
